Para desmoldar yo me cubro la mano y muñeca que sostiene el brazo con un repasador.
  4. Si te gusta darle un toque de glamour, en el momento de llevar a la mesa volcar sobre el panqueque una tapita de ron y flambear (con mucho cuidado también al manipular el fuego). Acompañar con helado de crema americana.
